Genesa looked to us for guidance between renovating their current office or leasing new space. They wanted an office that felt safe, empowering, multi-functional, collaborative & different: it was critical the space be unique from typical accounting offices. Employee attraction & retention of young talent was sought after for long term goals, which required building areas for mentoring & growth. The space promoted a fun atmosphere with positive office culture with a sense of community & family.

Genesa identified so strongly with our design concept they presented it to their marketing team to utilize during their re-branding initiative. Working under tight time constraints, we ensured the attention to detail was never sacrificed down to the furniture. We achieved our most important goal from the client, we completed the project on time & on budget. While delivering a perfectly catered space to a to a very happy client.
