Genesa looked to us for guidance between renovating their current office or leasing new space. They wanted an office that felt safe, empowering, multi-functional, collaborative & different: it was critical the space be unique from typical accounting offices. Employee attraction & retention of young talent was sought after for long term goals, which required building areas for mentoring & growth. The space promoted a fun atmosphere with positive office culture with a sense of community & family.
Genesa identified so strongly with our design concept they presented it to their marketing team to utilize during their re-branding initiative.
