My role as principal means I'm involved in all aspects of daily operations managing the design and the construction team. My extensive project management experience allows me to oversee all projects with focus on budget, schedule, quality, safety and customer service. I worked as Project Manager for PCL Construction for 12 years. During this tenure I managed over $700 million in construction value. Projects I am most proud of include Abbotsford Regional Hospital, Imperial Oil Distribution Facility, Teck Coal Plant Expansion, Cargill Grain Terminal and Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre.

My project management experience allows me to oversee those projects with focus on design, budget, schedule, quality, and customer service. With over 37 years in the field of Commercial Interior design and with 35 years of those years with work experience in Design-Build companies, I have built a strong knowledge base. I have planned and designed for large corporations such as MPR Teltech , ICBC, BC Hydro, and PMC Sierra.
